Orders ship in unmarked boxes with no product names, logos, or suggestive language on the outside. Billing descriptors appear as a neutral retail name so your statement stays quiet too.

Delivery options

• Standard: 2–4 business days in major cities. Free on orders over ₵60.
• Same-day discreet delivery: Available in select areas when you order before the local cutoff. Your courier won’t announce the contents.
• Pickup: Where offered, you’ll get a discreet locker or counter code — never a product description.

What you’ll see on tracking

Tracking emails and SMS use generic wording (“your package,” “parcel from VLR Retail”). We never list toy names or categories in shipping notifications.

Address tips

Use a delivery address where you’re comfortable receiving a plain box. If you share a home, consider a workplace, locker, or trusted alternate address. You can add a delivery note at checkout for gate codes or quiet drop-off preferences.
